Brian's approach is informed by massage therapy, personal training, mobility and flexibility work, Qi Gong, stress management, and years of helping clients better understand the patterns contributing to discomfort. The goal isn’t just to work on a sore area, but to help you leave feeling more comfortable, grounded, and aware of what your body needs.

Her approach is slow, precise, and collaborative, using hands-on manual therapy to restore balance and improve function. In addition to her massage practice, Selena teaches private yoga and classes at Ithaca Community Yoga, extending the work of the massage table into movement through individualized support, stability, and mobility-focused care.

THE ATTUNED LIFE APPROACH
Different practitioners.
A shared approach to care.
Each practitioner brings their own training, perspective, and way of working with the body, but our care is grounded in a few shared principles: listening first, respecting your comfort and boundaries, adapting to what you need that day, and treating the session as a collaboration rather than a formula.
Individualized
Collaborative
Communication is welcome before, during, and after your session so the work can respond to you.
Respectful
Your comfort, consent, and boundaries remain central throughout your session.
Whole-Person Care
We work with the body as an interconnected whole rather than simply chasing isolated symptoms.
