PIC METHOD GROUP
A space to practice, reflect, and connect.
A small, six-week circle for exploring Presence, Embodied Intention, and Kind Commitment in everyday life. Together, we’ll make room to slow down, ask honest questions, and practice alongside others navigating their own challenges and possibilities.
Beginning November 2026 at Attuned Life Massage & Wellness in Ithaca.

THREE PRACTICES TO RETURN TO
Presence. Embodied Intention. Kind Commitment.
The PIC Method gives us a shared framework for self-inquiry and everyday practice. We begin by noticing what is here, explore how we want to meet it, and choose something meaningful to carry into our lives. Within the group, we’ll return to these practices together and learn from what each of us discovers along the way.
Presence
What is happening now?
Pause and notice what you’re experiencing in your body, thoughts, and emotions. Make room to listen before deciding what needs to change.
Embodied Intention
How will I meet this?
Explore what matters to you and how you want to respond. Let intention become something you can feel and practice in the choices you make.
Kind Commitment
How will I return over time?
Choose a small, workable practice to carry into daily life. Learn from what happens, adjust when needed, and return with care.
SELF-INQUIRY & COMMUNITY
Make room for yourself, alongside others.
Some things become clearer when we have time to listen to ourselves and people who will listen alongside us.
This circle offers a consistent place to explore what matters, notice familiar patterns, and bring greater awareness to how we meet everyday life. We’ll make space for individual reflection and shared conversation, without expecting anyone to arrive with answers.
The same small group will gather throughout the six weeks, giving us time to get to know one another and build trust.
Space to listen
Step out of the usual pace of your day and give attention to what you’re noticing, feeling, and questioning.
Room to be yourself
Bring what is real for you. You can share without needing a polished story or a clear resolution.
Support through practice
Explore your own commitments alongside others who are learning, experimenting, and finding their way too.
PRACTICING TOGETHER
Bring the inquiry into everyday life.
Each gathering will begin with a grounding practice to help us arrive. From there, an inquiry question will guide reflection, conversation, and simple embodied exploration.
There will be time to share, listen, and consider a small practice to explore between gatherings. The structure will stay familiar while leaving room for what emerges within the group.
This circle may be a good fit if you're looking for...

A community where you can ask questions without needing answers
-
Support in bringing your intentions into everyday choices

A gentler, more sustainable relationship with personal growth
-
A regular practice of listening to yourself and others
You don’t need experience with the PIC Method or a clear goal to begin. Bring your curiosity and whatever is present for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A small circle. Time to build connection.
Our founding circle is planned as a six-week, in-person series beginning in November 2026 at Attuned Life Massage & Wellness, 950 Danby Road, Suite 245, Ithaca. Dates, meeting time, and cost will be shared before registration opens.
This first circle will help shape how the PIC Method develops as a shared community practice. Alongside participating, you’ll be invited to offer feedback about what feels useful and what could be improved.
This is a facilitated practice and community space, rather than group therapy. We’ll establish shared agreements around privacy, respectful listening, and offering advice only when invited.
Come as you are
You don’t need to prepare a story or know what you want to work on. We’ll begin with what is present.
Participate at your own pace
Sharing is invited, and passing is welcome. There is room to listen, reflect, and take your time.
Leave with something to practice
Choose a small commitment or awareness practice to explore between gatherings, with room to adjust as you learn.
JOIN THE NOVEMBER CIRCLE
Stay connected as the circle takes shape.
Leave your name and email, and we’ll send you the schedule, cost, and registration details when they’re ready.
Expressing interest does not reserve a place or commit you to joining. No introductory meeting is required.
