Julie is a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist and longtime practitioner of biodynamic healing arts. For more than two decades, her work has explored the relationship between touch, movement, awareness, and the body’s own capacity for balance and change.
Her craniosacral sessions are quiet, attentive, and collaborative. Through light, specific touch and careful listening to the body’s subtle rhythms, Julie creates space for rest, recovery, self-discovery, and a more spacious relationship with your body.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Space to settle, rest, and listen
Sessions are received clothed on a treatment table. Julie recommends warm, loose-fitting clothing, and seated sessions can also be accommodated when needed.
